Hear ye, hear ye! The annual CCYP board elections are fast approaching. As decreed by our by-laws, elections are to be held at our July meeting. Several board members have come to the end of their terms so, if you are interested in any of the following positions, now is the time to put together your campaign committee and rally your supporters. The following board positions will be voted on in July:
- President
- Vice-President (newly announced vacancy - 1 year term)
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Membership Director
- Evening Meeting Director
- Volunteer Coordinator
- Special Events Director (newly announced vacancy - 1 year term)
All those interested in running for one of the positions are encouraged to contact any board member or send an email to board@ccyp.info for more information. It is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in your community. |

You've got to read this month's issue of Harbor Style magazine! It has a fantastic story about CCYP including interviews of past and present members. It also has the Bachelor and Bachelorette of 2009 competition (almost entirely comprised of CCYP members). And for those with children, there is a story about young families in Charlotte County that also features CCYP members. Check out Harbor Style here and pick up a hard copy at many of your area businesses. |
